it seems your vWii is not properly softmodded
If it's not then all loaders will cause problems

P.S> about first reply, rename the cfg70modr65.dol to "boot.dol" or the homebrew channel (in case you have it) won't be able to detect the app.

so I have a boot.dol which is the cfg in a folder named cfgmod in apps , that should do right ?
reads WFBS files right ? already have the manager to convert the iso files
it doesn't read my HDD , it's FAT32 with wbfs files what's wrong with it ???

Softmod your vWii properly, follow the sticky guides

Dude it's softmodded with no problem.... the only problem I have is running the loader....
I've tried now using USB Loader GX and it doesn't recognize my HDD , tried 3 different HDD's ....
what's the best loader ? and can you give me a link to download it

If your vWii is softmodded then all loaders should work fine.
So, if you have the right cIOS (which I doubt), then it might be your HDD (either large size 2TB+ or incompatible)
A quick test would be to try a game off a usb pen drive (wbfs file in "wbfs" folder) and see if that makes any difference

P.S> you can also post a syscheck to confirm right softmod

I had the same problem once. Try to load games using wiiFlow with a SD card (FAT32 format). Be sure to reload all cache in wiiflow.

  • thanks for you help but my problem was that I plugged it in the wrong port.....
  • and I did everything right.... apparently not all ports are readable for the vwii ... top back port only
  • and one more thing , Can I use the same SD card for both Vwii and Wii U ? just copy all the vwii stuff and put them on the Wii U SD card because I needed to use a small 1GB SD card for the hombrew channel
