download arcode.bin and place it on your sdcard. Find ar2bin.exe and create a .cht file with the codes you want to load, name it arcode.cht Go to that url while in the game you want to cheat in, and it will load the codes from the .cht file.

No i have only 0004000000173700 folder and cheat.plg ( jap version ) but none of option work
