Well maybe a great processor could run it at 30 fps (xeon anyone?) Anyway maybe we will get good compatibility at the end of the year

No emulator needs a Xeon, as they are expensive as hell, Core i5 CPUs is all one really needs, Haswell or Ivy Bridge.

Hell you could use a pentium 20th if you oc for dolphin!

there are some graphical glitch everywhere, but it's incredible! I never expected 3ds is emulated this fast O.o

3rd and 4th Gen i5 and i7 chips are plenty fast for Dolphin, given the massive speed boosts, JIT core rewrite and overall cleanup on the code, Dolphin runs better than ever. I can't imagine 3DS emulators being ridiculous in their requirements

Nice, even a slow and somewhat glitchy emulator has uses for ROM hacking/debugging.

Now to find some games worth playing on the 3ds.

Nintendo first party, give or take Advance Wars, Starfy and their efforts at Tetris, rarely do all that much for me. Most of those I could probably play something similar for on older systems as well, though I will give you I said games worth playing rather than something new and exciting for the 3ds. Generally though the 3ds library is pitiful compared to the things that came before.

Because Nintendo first party games are not my thing? Most of their offerings in recent times I have been able to get elsewhere as well, though they do seem to be trying to at least keep some life in the 3d platformer corpse.

Whatever floats your boat, though I would say you are missing out. Doubly so if 95% is accurate and that means you are only playing the trickle of games Nintendo is responsible for.

You do realize how complex and how hard the 3DS is to emulate, right? The four years could have been much longer.

Holy shit, this is impressive. I'm sure there are a fuck ton of game-specific hacks to make this SDK 1 game run like it is now, but Jesus Christ that's a fucking impressive frame-rate nonetheless. Excellent work!
