No no read again. I said that each time I dumped a different cart of the same game, the ID changed. Only this first line, all the rest is 100% same.
If you dump twice the same cart, you'll get the same id of course. But if you use X cartridges of the same game, you will end with X different ids. At least in my case that's what I've got.

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate working with MGS Snake Eater header, just had to alter the values for the file size. DLC Quests downloaded fine and could be accessed with the .3ds save, however, Extras seems to be tied to the .3dz save. Would be great if there's a way to somehow convert the .3ds save to work for the .3dz files

I fixed it a few pages back by only changing 5th line

When I try pokemon X Live competition using the bin in this thread I get :
Receiving the digital player ID. been stuck there for 7 minutes.. anyone else have this? IS this the online mode?

Does any retail game suitable as the substitution donor? In my shop the most cheaper title is Nintendogs, have anyone tried this game's magic numbers for online?

Yeah, I saw right after posting what you really meant. And I misstyped something. The chip id works now with the uq id of Monster hunter. ^^

Can someone do me a favour and test this Pokemon Y save? I created a new save when I changed it to 3dz format and modified the header for online use. I want to see if I can share saves that are using the same header/rom. The scene release I am using is CONTRAST.

Thanks, so I should be using this asd my private header for all of my card1 games? I see people hex editing but is there a point with a 4gb game?

Not sure, since I don't want to test with public headers. But from what I read 4g might work for most games without hex editing.

Ok, it's my retail copy of Resident Evil Revelations so I will use that from now on. I'll need to get a 4gb card2 game as well, if one exists.

Also, somebody should make a program where you select the header settings and it edits the hex for you.

Hmm, hex editing in this case is simple enough already though. And thus far there are no 4g slot 2 card (only slot 2 games in english are ACNL, Pokemon X/Y)

Yeah but it can get tedious to have to do it every time, it would be simple for somebody to make a program and it would save the inconvenience, exactly like the program listed in the OP that imports/exports the header.

Hi, I have absolutely no clue what to do now. I'm supposed to create a ROM dump or something right, using 2.2?
I'm at the thing and I'm given the error code in the image I've attached. I can confirm the cartridge is clean.

Just trying this with mario golf and noticed its minimum firmware is 7.1 so what do you put in the hex edit for it?

1. Firmware
C2 4.5 and below?
AE 6.1
45 6.2
???? 7.1

What will happen if Nintendo find out that more of the same ID online at the same time?
Will they ban that ID or some how they find out and ban all of those console from online?

Try one until it works? It's possible that value isn't for firmware anyways

Nobody knows what data ninty is getting from our 3ds or what they'll do about it. Thus the use at your own risk.

I just left mine as is. All I changed was the size value to match Mario golf. Worked fine.
