Dunno what happened but I can't open the site for awhile but good to see it's now working.

UPDATE: 12% more to complete. The uploading seems getting slower maybe because of Bitdefender scanning the file.

This reminds me of pokemon red while you were able to catch Pidgeotto when it was 9 lvl

I believe in Fire Red/Leaf Green you can get a level 2 Electrode by hatching a pichu, evolving it to Pikachu at level 2, then evolving it with a thunderstone.
The game trades you an Electrode with identical stats to the Raichu you use.

The only case of underleveled Pokemon I remember is Lass's Tentacruel from Pokemon Stadium.

Filenames are okay, links are not.

Scene-releases here have always provided filenames and nothing more, no links.
