Try this. It is not the same game as the UnProfessional? version, but it is close. The maps are the same, so far.

Dragon Quest Monster Joker 2 Professional Walkthrough

@InuYasha

Could you spoil me some more Please? I started a new game with the new AP patch. I cannot get thru Iceolation.
I rescued the rude blonde lady from the 2 hellhounds and I have not seen her since.
She is not at the unlit stack of wood. I cannot find the Giant or the campfire either.
I can see him near the entrance but I cannot see him or his campfire when I get where they should be.
I would like to try using my old save file with the new AP and your spoiler+++ at the red button(s).

@nikochanr3
Have you completed Iceolation with the new AP patch?

After baby bjorn smashes the first wall,she loses her lighter and you have to go find a torch by the gigantes by going thru the one cave,then once you light the wood with the torch baby bjorn comes back to smash another wall,if all else fails refer to the walkthru of the snowy part Here

Thanks, but I was asking about your RED DOOR spoiler.

I got thru ICEOLATION with the week-old AP Patch. But I cannot with yesterday's AP patch.

I could not open the RED DOOR in Ruins (Part 1) with either AP patch.
I would like more details about your RED DOOR spoiler please.
I still have the save file from Ruins and I would like to try whatever you hinted at in your spoiler to open the red door.

Thankx,
BurlyEd

I have to wonder. Somebody on another site I frequented mentioned there was primarily just a lot of question marks in the credits. Is this potentially not a complete game?

does everyone notice that the snowy area a bit differ than the JAP ver where there are no area where you should place a silver plate to get to the new world after you clear the game. or it's another AP? or there are difference between the release? and i'm unable to finish the true ending of the game like the JAP ver.

The english version is joker2,what your describing is one of the changes in the professional version and has nothing to do with this current game...

yes, my bad. there were no such thing in the us version. could you confirm to what lenght the game is completed in the us version in post game where you back to the island? thanks.

Yeah, the guy was just stupid. I started playing though, and the game feels oddly empty. I can't put my finger on it, but it just doesn't feel as fleshed out as it should be. Maybe that's just how Joker 2 is though.

That's pretty much how it is. It feels strangely empty, almost the entire way through from what I remember. The first Joker was much more polished and fleshed out in comparison. It also didn't end suddenly.

But, Joker 2 looks really nice at least, and messed with updating and refining a couple features to make the game shine a little better.

Your looking at between 10-15 hrs for the main story depending how you play it...

Im just curious, I was playing the wifi world monster championship and I noticed that one of the opponents monster is a spot king slime which I thought only present in the Pro version, how did this happen in the Localized version,is it possible to load the sprite of a monster from the Pro version, and why are my opponents mostly japanese, is the server for the Localized DQMJ2 is same as the jap DQMJ2 and the Pro?

Hmmmm. That's definitely strange.

Has anybody tried looking through the ROM to see if any of the PRO content is inside? I haven't seen hard evidence that this verison has nothing new over the JPN standard version anyways.

Indeed it was strange, maybe they added some of the pro version monsters, I tried to use some cheat to open the library, but I couldn't find the spot king in it
