I got mine at gameplayfun.com for $13 and change plus $4 and change for USPS First Class Shipping.

Legit card, 3DS Compatible, and cheap imo....

I'm not sure if they ship anywhere besides the US though.

I got my first 2 acekards from digimartz, then the 3rd one from shoptemp but they don't sell anymore...Digimartz is okay no clone and takes like 10 days to come.
(the first 2 got stolen)
