Alright, it seems I cannot access any 360 "mod" related sites these days.
I thoiught maybe problem with my laptop and tried to access with my iPhone connected to my homes WiFi network, it didnt work either.
So I used my phones mobile internet then the site loaded up fine.

www.modtraders.co.uk is one of the site. Site is up and working fine according to their custommer service.
team-xecuter's site is another one that I cant access(but working fine with my phones internet).

Did my ISP block those sites?

thats the error:

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. "

I don't believe your ISP can specifically block certain URLs. It sounds like the "block" is LAN generated; not WAN.

ISPs can block URLs.
Heck, my stupid ISP blocks torrents, hacks, iPhone exploits etc.
But that link modtraders works here.

True. I just find it curious that iPhone's mobile internet can access certain sites that the same device can't access while on wifi.

Hang on let's just check a few things first

1) You can access the sites using your mobile via the mobiles network
2) You can't access the sites via your WiFi network, regardless on what you use.....

I would first check your Wifi router - see if you've accidentally 'blocked' those sites
IIRC there is also a way of 'changing' the DNS server from your ISP to another, Google to find out how & see if that makes a difference

If it doesn't then you'll know it's not your ISP that's blocking

I have tried using different browsers(IE, Chrome, Opera), it didnt work.
As you can see, it doesnt work on iPhones Safari browser either when connected to my home W-Lan.
