take any disc you have, downloaded or not... open the ISO file in WiiScrubber. Go to the Update partition, and find the Weather and News channels already in WAD format...
if that doesn't work, get a Coby512, with the flanged demodulators, and install it. It's a point and click interface for doing anything you could want with the Wii's internals... like making WADs, installng Homebrew channel on 4.0, and even playing discs without modding the Wii!

I feel like school, back when I was actually in school, was more entertaining though, because of how much I get to interact with people, hang out with friends, and other stuff like that. All I get to talk to at work is my boring coworkers lol
