Hacking Does Ocarina Work on burned game's?

I have copy of mario kart wii NTSC and I use backup Launcher version Gamma002Fix_r2. Wen I apply Ocarina it finds the codes but wen im in game the codes dont seem to work... anyone have any idea if its Gamma or if it that i cant use Ocarina on burned game's Thanx for your time..

ocarina does work with backups
only it seems to ignore codes sometimes but dunno why

Really don't want to bring this back up, nor did i think I should've made a new topic, but um, can anyone help me out? I'm having the same problem. It works on normal games, but it doesn't on copied for some reason.

Help! Please.
