You play as a little girl who has a crush on this guy. The guy really likes sweets so the girl decides to go training to make confections off in a cafe that's conveniently located in the forest. As to be expected, the forest cafe's pastry chef is a creepy bear. Cooking Mama-style cooking games ensue, but it's only Japanese-style 'western-cafe' food.

The racoon/bear looks like Tom Nook, the human looks like a Harvest Moon Character and the title sounds like cooking mama? Hm must try this this.

Does it have much of a language barrier?

There are over 100 recipes. Make sweets and give them to your crush. (And watch him die of diabetes, unless there's a cure in the middle of the forest)

Enter contests to win new recipes.

Supposedly being able to name your character and enter your birthday is a feature worth advertising.

And this game came out 4 months ago? I have low expectations for games that take forever to get dumped.
