Since we have the GC and Wii backup loaders now by softmodding, whats the benefit of having a WiiKey now?

None really other than recovery if you brick I guess.

Modchips are the only way to get 6x loading speed... unless you're using the USB Loader, but it doesn't support GC games (yet).

with a modchip you don't have to worry about firmware updates, the chip will always do its work.
