Are my issues from my sd2vita adapter or from my microsd card.

I recently hacked my psvita last week and have run into several issues that I believe to be caused by either my sd card or the adapter. During the modding and setting up yamt, I was having trouble with the ux0 not appearing, only to reappear after I restarted and reinserted the sd2vita. After that once the modding was complete, I would randomly get issues from pkgj having "fatal errors" during installation (specfically from psp games), games not saving due to "corrupt files" and all apps dissapearing on the home screen. All of these issues are temporarily solved with powering the system down, which can some times freeze up on the power off button or get stuck on a spinning wheel until the power is held down. When i restart i will take out and reinsert the sd2vita and that solves the problem for the time. Ive switched sd2vita adapters but the issues still arise so can the issues be from my sd card, i dont believe its fake, its a sandisk from amazon and the free space is accurate so im not sure fake is the issue. Is there a permant solution to this cause imnworried a new sd card wont fix the problem.
