When I edit config.txt in ur0:tai/ and reboot my Vita It updates to 3.74. It happened for third time. I have UpdateBlocker installed and I unchecked Auto-Update thing in Settings. What can i do?

I installed it with something that needs the plugin i need from VitaDB and it's works right now. With reporting me 3.65 HENkaku.
