It still works on 1.07, I'm on 1.07 and it's working fine.

I'm not sure why people are asking for the original post to be updated? I've been using the 1.06 version on my 1.07 updated GTA trilogy, and its works fine.

Because things changed with exefs patches don't work when main was updated.
