Switch OLED black screen after replacing joy con rail

So got a bit of a weird one now. I replaced the joy con rail on a switch oled I got for cheap, and now there is no display. I can confirm it is communicating with a charger and can hear some coil whine from the SOC which changes when it gets docked, but no signs of life otherwise. The battery works and the 15v from the charger is present. As far as I can tell, everything is properly connected and no video output comes out from the dock. Are there any test point I should check for this?

I just checked and yep a piece of it is chipped off, so that gives me a good start.
