1. Extract the folder to the pcsx2 textures folder (...\pcsx2\textures\SLUS-20946 or if you are using PAL or NTSC-J/C/K then rename the folder to - SLES-52541 - SLPM-65984 - SLPM-66788 - SLPM-55292 - SLES-52927\replacements).
2. Settings - Graphics - Texture Replacement Tab: Load Texture: On | Async Texture Loading: On
(Android) Install Tutorial:
File Manager > Android/data/xyz.nethersx2.android/files/textures
