Serial: SLUS-21355
programs used and models : HDcube4plus for HUD and font, map, garages, textures and some world textures , digital art for loading screens , RealisticRescaler for roads
all game textures up-scaled (just some vinyls i did not do it because its just don't work only with my save)
menus and arcade and Tokyo races\
it took me 2 game walkthroughs to complete it

How come the download speeds are soo slow It's only downloading at 100 KB/s

use program like idm or free download manger this will help you and the free dowload manger is free and good i do use it

I don't know your case but this texture pack made my PCSX2 get an out of memory crash.

EDIT: TURN OFF 'PRECACHE TEXTURES'

New Update 1.2
Added Missing Textures for online (loading screens, flags, etc)
Changed the Textures From PNGS to DDS for less lag And drop fps
Redused the downloud size from 4gb to 800mb
