Well, if someone hate themselves it can be healthy since they can realize how much they suck as a person and that stuff (dunno if I explained myself well)In case you want to elaborate how, I'm curious.
"Self hatred can be somewhat healthy" alone doesn't seem a good way to put it.
But if you're able to perceive that you're hating yourself and use that for self-reflection to grow as a person and forgive yourself, then yeah, it can lead to good outcomes.
Like Inside Out teaches us, feelings are a tool. Whenever they are used in a good way or a bad way is up to you and others around you.
