Hello everyone. I am new to Wii hacking and modding and currently am designing a Wii portable console.
I have access to BootMii via priiloader v 0.8.2, which is running on iOS v80. My Wii can access the system menu from original iOSes just fine, since the consoles WiFi has been patched to boot with NoWifi IOSes. The only issue is, I cannot access the homebrew channel or any other applications via the "Load Application" from Priiloader. Whenever I try to boot the homebrew channel, my Wii remote disconnects and I'm left with a black screen. When I power the Wii on without holding reset, I end up with no signal at all. When I configure the settings to boot the system menu with iOS 58, I get a black screen. I tried to reinstall the HBC via the letterbomb hack, but opening the letterbomb shuts off the console and my Wii remote disconnects as well. It's the same for any app I try to load from Priiloader. I tried to load Multimodmanager (MMM) from there by executing the .exe file but it also disconnects the wii mote from the console. Basically any app I try to run through Priiloader black screens me and then the only option is to hard reset the console. USB also isn't being recognised right now, although my SD card works fine. I tried the letterbomb hack and low and behold.
Another black screen.
If it helps, the USB won't mount either in priiloader. Is there a specific iOS that might be corrupted that allows the USB to function?
Is there anyway to fix this? I am pretty sure that my HBC is running on iOS 58 and I already dumped my NAND memory, readded the ioses as I thought they might have been corrupt, and tried to reflash the NAND but I'm still getting the same results. Is there a way that the HBC is somehow corrupted? Could someone let me know how I would go about reinstalling the HBC?
Any help would be appreciated. BootMii, Priiloader and the system menu all currently work just fine.
