I am holding everyone here responsible for the death of net neutrality, the death of the environment, the deaths of millions due to the outlaw of vaccines, and the death of federal protections against segregation, when all of those things inevitably happen. Maybe not in the next 4 years, but by god, it definitely will later down the line, all because of this election cycle. All because of people like you. You will find some way to defend those things as either:
- Not being real,
- Not being Trump's fault,
- Not being a big deal, or
- Being a good thing actually.
Just today, I saw someone say Trump isn't sexist, all because he just hired a woman as his chief of staff. Disregarding literally every single sexist comment he's made and action he's done since, what, the 80s? Apparently you people operate under the outdated assumption that bigotry is not an institution, and that affording certain groups basic civil liberties means it doesn't exist. The mindset of "racism ended in the 60s". You can't fathom the idea of sexism having more nuance than the cartoonish scenario of beating your wife and telling her to get back in the kitchen.
You'll eventually start to wonder why the only friends you have are people who only get their news and information from conservative conspiracy-theory echo chambers, just like you do. You'll start to wonder why you can't form any kind of meaningful relationship with a woman, because you're either on the "sigma grindset" or you think you're too much of an "alpha male" for them to handle. And finally, you'll start to wonder how deep the "woke agenda conspiracy" goes if everyone on the
entire fucking planet, save similar socially-backwards countries like Russia or China, is telling you you're wrong.
I'm done humoring this "respect other people's views" bullshit. I'm done with right-wing acceptance. There are right and wrong answers, good and bad solutions, to almost every single political problem in America, and I'm tired of pretending there aren't.
