PS4 Shuts down when trying to launch homebrew

I have a PS4 Pro running VTX on 9.03. Whenever I try to run any homebrew files like Itemzflow and Homebrew Store, my PS4 immediately shuts down. I've tried rebuilding my database, initializing the console, and redownloading both the pkg files and VTX, but nothing seems to fix the issue. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

    Teleportation is a must, your speed would always be lower than the victims because both those fuckers prefer to saunter than to run.
