Nothing can be done, yet. Having the hidden partition means that, even it your eMMC is corrupted, you can still boot your Switch using your emuNAND. But in order to do that, we need to boot your console in RCM mode.

Now I'm pretty sure of what happened. It is possible that your eMMC got corrupted some time ago but, because you where using AutoRCM and booting your console in emuNAND, you didn't realize about it.

Ok, so back to try to make the RCM mode work. That was stupid and lazy of me to keep the AutoRCM on.

Yeah, I'm looking on the internet about the backup. Looks like I should have a folder called backup at the root of my SD card... which I don't have :/

The first thing you should do is to make a perfect RAW image of your SD card. Now that we know that you won't be able to restore your eMMC, this SD Card is literally the "soul" of your Nintendo Switch.

I usually use this program to make RAW images of my SD cards:

AutoRCM probably has nothing to do with your problems, many people use it without any issues. But you still need to gain access to RCM again. Get that new jig. So you couldn't locate the backup files I listed in any of your folders? Then that probably means you didn't make that important backup back then. Or you forgot that you transferred them to your PC, maybe? Let's hope for that.

Unfortunately for me, I didn't transfer the back to my PC, I'm sure of that.
I did a search on my SD card, and I don't have any files called Boot0, Boot1, etc.

In the meantime, I will keep trying to make the RCM mode work.
