They're talking about the IPS patches. Rename them to "code.ips" If you have file extensions unhidden.

Would highly recommend this, I followed the original steps and it worked, but after a while for some reason it stopped working. Using PKSM is a lot more efficient.

PKSM is made with an entirely different use case in mind. You can use PKSM to transfer, edit or create Pokémon, or other save edits. This patch's whole purpose is to allow for connectivity between Dream Radar and non physical games.

You've probably changed some filename, or disabled Luma game patching. I don't see how this just stops working.

Edit: Sorry, I threw some things together. I didn't know there is a PKSM script for that. I still don't see how the previous patch just stopped working.

You can either rename your roms to black2.nds and white2.nds accordingly, so that tools like TwilightMenu try to load black2.sav and white2.sav, or you could use the instructions on github to build patches for your own custom paths

FYI, I can confirm that the Transporter patch works on the Japanese version of the Trasnporter app. It doesn't require a separate Japanese version patch like Dream Radar.

Will this make me unable to use my Pokémon white cause it’s not showing in the game card when I go on poke transporter

I have triple checked the configuration of folders, names of files (white2.sav and white2.nds) and am not having luck.

As far as the game goes I should only need a pokedex right? Lol maybe that's where my issue lies, I just know it is something small and silly. Please help =) thank you!

Then, using zak's patch, I transferred the captured Pokemon to my Pokemon White 2 savefile which I opened with melonDS Android port in order to receive them. The goal of Dream Radar is to capture the 3 legendary "Forces of Nature" Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus. After completing that task and transferring them to White 2 (along with many other pokemon), I used cheats from another of zak's posts, which trick Dream Radar into thinking a Gen 4 Pokemon game is inserted. This unlocks each Gen4's Legendary. Here's an album of my experience:
