What will make it different from the other "i" carts available?

It's the first flashcart for the DSi that's released by a much more well known vendor. (You could count acekard and EZ Flash but they were really rushed and don't seem that good). Also it will most likely support Sakura, which is awesome.

It's like asking why get an M3 Real instead of an R4.

hope it has updateable firmware
Well, I see no reason why it wouldn't have it..

However, I think that DSi will have firmware updates that will fix the current exploit, and that there is a possibility that firmware update for flashcart won't be enough, it'll need a hardware fix..

I think he meant to ask if it will have an update able kernel so it has a possibility to bypass Nintendo's blocks via firmware updates.
Well, that's something nobody knows until it happens, but people that know these things say its not good....Nintendo could block out flashcarts just like that!

And also, all this flashcarts make DSi run in NDS/Lite mode, not DSi mode, so we're still waiting for a proper DSi flashcart..

I'm thinking that once DSi Mode is exploited so we can use it, that it can easily be added by an update or installing a new OS on your flashcart. Also once DSi Mode is put onto flashcarts (if it makes it to them first) then it is only a matter of short time til the DSi is hacked so flashcarts are not needed.
