It will run the gui yes but games will not run, as stated in another topic this is a modified AKRPG gui, the loader code is for an R4 clone so will not work on AK2.

I knew it was based on the latest Acekard firmware and that the gui was OEM but i didn't think the cart itself was the same

its interesting to know that they chose to clone the acekard2 and just give it a r4 skin

I cannot get the R4Ultra firmware to run any games on my AK2. I haven't tried the other carts firmware yet but i think that will be the same.

EDIT: No luck with the other cart either.

It shouldn't run AKAIO either, and the above firmwares don't work on official AK2's either.

I shouldn't have to make it my initial firmware, it should boot fine from the rom list
