Great work doing the SDCard swap and testing again. If you’re seeing performance problems following the card that’s a strong indicator of the culprit. I would back it up using Hekate to save the emunand (boot0/1+GPP) and then use windows to copy the fat32 partition. Once all that data is safely on your PC, format it to FAT32 using rufus and then restore the data. At the very least it will defrag your data for you and give you the best shot at contiguous reads.Ok so I did that, got the following info:

EDIT:
So I put the card from my working switch into the slow one to benchmark. The speeds where equal to the working switch, picture 3 above. So the problem lies in the SD card for sure somehow.

At the drastic (and more likely) end you will need a new SDCard. At least you will already have backups you can copy over to the new SDCard when it arrives.
