Ok so I did that, got the following info:

Compared to my other switch that is working nicely(sysnand)

EDIT:
So I put the card from my working switch into the slow one to benchmark. The speeds where equal to the working switch, picture 3 above. So the problem lies in the SD card for sure somehow.
Sd card:

Great work doing the SDCard swap and testing again. If you’re seeing performance problems following the card that’s a strong indicator of the culprit. I would back it up using Hekate to save the emunand (boot0/1+GPP) and then use windows to copy the fat32 partition. Once all that data is safely on your PC, format it to FAT32 using rufus and then restore the data. At the very least it will defrag your data for you and give you the best shot at contiguous reads.

At the drastic (and more likely) end you will need a new SDCard. At least you will already have backups you can copy over to the new SDCard when it arrives.

I see.
So to understand you here. If i use hekate to save the emunand that wil somehow pack the emunand into files i can copy to my computer in addition to the fat32 partition? Or is the emunand not something i back up other than my initial safety backup i did when installing?

When i then are ready to insert the card again, do i need to use hekate to make a new emunand partition and how do i get the old one back?
At the end i can copy the fat 32 ok.

As you can see im unsure if anything is stored at the emunand partition, and if that itself is backed up on the pc somehow.

I bought a flashed sx lite chip and soldered it. it lights up green constantly but the switch runs just like normal, there is no sign that device is modded. the only difference is on main screen where the games are shown, there are some empty boxes as games but there is no way to interact them.

try to reflash as my seller asked me to do it, this is the problem:

  • Spacecraft-NX DFU not found!
!!!DONE!!!

Press any key to continue . . .

how can i fix this?

edit: i am using windows 10 there is no driver problem

correct, you will want to make a backup to files of your ever evolving emunand. It will contain your game saves and things like that.

correct, format it w/ Hekate and create a full size emunand partition. You will not need to copy your Sysnand/emmc this time…just create the space. You use Hekate to restore from file to your emunand partition. Be sure to not restore to you emmc/Sysnand!
At the end i can copy the fat 32 ok.
correct, this part is easy.

The state of your Switch is store in Emunand. If you have games installed you will want to back up and restore it. If you don’t care, you can just create a new Emunand by copying your Sysnand again and start from a brand new state and install new games etc, etc, etc.

DFU not found means it can‘t see your chip. Seems your chip isn’t installed correctly?

You did a great job masking the intellectual property! :-)
You could have used vim or a simple cat of the prod.keys file as well. It’s plain text. The part highlighted in yellow shows that you absolutely have dumped the latest 15.0.0 prod.keys. green is 0C and red is 0d…absolutely perfect. You’re all set man.
Yet latest version of TegraExplorer shows black screen and I can only fell joycons (or the console itself) vibrating. Then, nothing else happens! I have to use previous version of TegraExplorer to be able to see anything on the screen. I know you said there was an open issue for the OLEDs but seems that people here with OLEDs are having no problems with latest version of TegraExplorer!

Just wondering, but when launching the system from Hekate, is there a way to remove the option to have mods with the system side? (to only always have mods just with emummc)

I ask just in case there is a way, I'm trying to keep them completely separate and don't want to accidentally go into the system side with mods xD.

You can remove stuffs you don't need in the hekate-ipl.ini, if you remove the config for Sysnand CFW and only use Emunand CFW and Stock OFW you should be fine if you have a clean NAND.

Only if you boot into Stock w/o CFW.if you boot CFW on Sysnand…it will pick up your mods.

Here’s another one with the same issues.

(closed and referred to the this issue of course)

Did you try this build already?

Hey awesome, that's probably what I was looking for :D.
I'll try to find it in the ini sometime. Will it remove the option from being seen when you select 'launch' ?

Yea if you remove what you don't need it won't show up in launch option

The original issue also shows someone with an OLED and things working correctly! So, seems to affect only some OLEDs, I guess.

Yes, that is the one that I'm using and the one that is working. I just don't know why some people with OLEDs can use the latest version and I cannot!

I got nothin for you, brotha. That’s a question for suchmememanyskill He seems a little bummed with the Switch scene as of his latest comments in the thread.

I'm still on 13.0.0 and have a few questions:

Using atmosphere.

-Is 15.0.1 the go to? Or best 15.0.0
-Any changes in function (updating tools/injection examples: daybreak, fusee.bin,...) changes since then?
-Where to get sigpatches since ITotalJustice seems to be down? EDIT; found them here. Do I need both folders: exefs_patches & kip_patches? There is also a bootloader folder? What exactly do I need when I mainly use fusee.bin to inject? My old instructions said to get fusee.zip. But That doesn't seem to be an option anymore.

you only have to update if you have games you can’t play. There’s no burning hot features in 15.0.1

15.0.0 and 15.0.1 are identical except for some minor edge cases. No update was required from Atmosphere… 1.4.0 still works with both.

just update tools as usual with a new release. Almost everything has been updated at this point.

You found them! Just unzip at the root of your SDCard. They include everything you need for all situations. No more need for different sets. Fusee.zip instructions are old. Don’t worry…it’s all in there. :-)

If I want to recreate my Emunand, which folders on my sdcard should I back up before doing so?

EmuMMC and Nintendo and if you have a hidden emunand partition you will want to use Hakate and backup BOOT0, BOOT1 and GPP (make sure you select emunand and not Sysnand when you do the partition backup)

Once you’ve done all that you’ve almost copied the entire card so…you might as well copy the entire card.

What's the Nintendo folder? I see that there is also an emuMMC/Nintendo folder.

If I create a new emuNAND, wouldn't it create the emuMMC folder? Trying to understand the need for backing up the emuMMC folder.

Emummc folder has things like your screenshots and downloaded game content on SDCard. They are under the Nintendo folder. The regular Nintendo folder is the same thing but for Sysnand.

e:
“First folder is for pics and videos, second is where any downloaded content is stored, and the third contains the keys that link your sd to that specific switch.”

I think I understand better what you are trying to do…you will be leaving the rest of the data where it stands.

If you are just going to recreate a new Emunand then copying the emummc folder and the hidden partition will suffice.
