It's not required as the address is correct without the leading zero. It ends up being converted to binary anyway so it makes no difference as the bits would be the same no matter if there was a leading zero or not. TBH only someone on the spectrum with OCD or Aspergers would be bothered about this - but for the general population it's not an issue.Wonder if for the first value, the address "0:0x6EBA4" will be better "0:0x06EBA4" is only aesthetic but get the address 3 bytes long and in concordance with the old entries.
