It's not required as the address is correct without the leading zero. It ends up being converted to binary anyway so it makes no difference as the bits would be the same no matter if there was a leading zero or not. TBH only someone on the spectrum with OCD or Aspergers would be bothered about this - but for the general population it's not an issue.

Yeah it does, you just have to provide the firmware & Atmos files I believe, and I think the keys too.
Yep, you only need to update the loader patch - just drag package3 into the program and it will make a new loader ips file + patches.ini entry. (No keys are needed to make a loader patch as this is not encrypted)

I noticed you get that error on some nsp that were converted to xci files and then installed. If you have airplane mode turned on it causes that crash - I can't be bothered to ask Atmosphere devs about it though as it would be classed as pircay related.
