Gaming I turned off usb power supply on my psvita and now since the battery is completely empty i cant turn it on again it only blinks orange

I agree just leave it charging... A pal gave me a his old vita that wasn't turned on in months.. Took forever to come on but it did eventually
Unfortunately it can also well be that it wont come back to life. One of my Vitas had the same problem with the blinking orange light, leaving it plugged on forever and even changing the battery didnt help. Still dont know what the problem is.

The charger is not providing enough charge. Get one with at least 2 amps to wake up the battery. Might work.

Yup, this setting shouldn't be the reason! The vita is quite picky with chargers and cables and when it flashes orange it cannot be turned on for a while. So just try a few combinations of chargers and cables and leave it for 30+ minutes with each. Should be fine :-)

I had the same issue. Vitas are as picky as PS4 controllers in my experience when it comes to chargers. I resolved the issue by using a Samsung phone USB charger like the one in this pic.

For my DualShock 4 to charge, I use the DS3 Official Charger. Really handy.
