I Buyed the RCM Loader from a Game Store, back way in 2019. How can I upgrade my RCM Loader to the newest version? So I can upgrade my ns (Nitendo Switch) to the newest version too! Please help.

There are no never payload for SX OS than SX_loader_1.0
The latest boot.dat is 3.1.0, that should be on the root of your SD card, it only support FW up to 11.0.0

It's well explained on the support page.
one file is to upgrade the firmware of the rcm loader
the other files are just to update the files on the usb flash

and I think sxos doesn't support switch firmware above 11.0.0

for atmosphere it's ok with actual firmware
edit: i don't know for one plus or one B, sorry.

Its up to you if you want to move to Atmosphere but since SX OS doesn't support any firmware higher than 11.0 and newer games will eventually need higher firmware, its a no-brainer. Also, saves are stored on the console.
