Umm... Guys? I think i found the 1st Step to Add a Stereoscopic 3D to Games that don't support it.
The reason why it's 1st Step is it only enables the 3D Slider Function but will not make the screen go 3D.
Does it Affect Performance? Hmm... IDK.

And the problems are, It crashes in some games like yes... Persona Q2...

Persona Q2 USA

[ENABLE 3D Function(No 3D Depth)]
00687724 00000702

[Disable 3D Function(Default)]
00687724 00000700

Other one is, in some games, once you activated the Enable 3D Code and open CTRPF, the Game will crash...

Here's some vid on how it looks like on Pokemon XY;

I also found the "Enable/Force 3D slider" code on several games, and until now, it doesn't seems to affect performance. It adds a nice light effect to games, but doesn't add the 3D deep effect.

Speaking of "3D Depth", Resident Evil Revelations has a 3D Depth Slider options which is Normal, Strong and Very Strong.
And with those, i managed to find the 3D Depth Code;

Resident Evil Revelations USA

[Disable 3D Depth Slide]
0852EFB8 00000000

[Enable 3D Depth Slide(Default)]
0852EFB8 3F800000

3D Slider Value;

0852FB88 3E55CAD4 // When 3D slider is at Max (Normal 3D Depth Slider)

0852FB88 3EAB08A9 // When 3D slider is at Max (Strong 3D Depth Slider)

0852FB88 3F00467F // When 3D slider is at Max (Very Strong 3D Depth Slider)

0852FB88 00000000 // when your not using 3D Slider.

The 3D Slider Value's Adress and Enable/Disable 3D Depth Slide's Adress has an Offset of Hex : 00000BD0

0852EFB8 // 3D Depth Slide
0852FB88 // 3D Slider Value

The IR Sensor still lits even if you activated the [Disable 3D Depth Slide]

So... Maybe there's a chance for the games that doesn't support Stereoscopic 3D? (As long as the game won't crash of course).

Edit ;

Same goes for Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate USA

[Disable 3D Depth Slide]
08118EF8 00000000

[Enable 3D Depth Slide(Default)]
08118EF8 3F800000

3D Slider Value;

08119AC8 40F2E6A8 // When 3D slider is at Max.

08119AC8 00000000 // when your not using 3D Slider.

The 3D Slider Value's Adress and Enable/Disable 3D Depth Slide's Adress has an Offset of Hex : 00000BD0 which is same with Resident Evil Revelations:wtf:

08118EF8 // 3D Depth Slide
08119AC8 // 3D Slider Value

Is there a universal value for 3DS games?
Some Game's maximum 3D Slider Value is Hex : 3F800000 (Float Value : 1.0)
And Hex : 00000000 when the 3D Slider is at OFF.

And here's another 3D Depth Code;

Style Savvy : Fashion Forward USA

[Disable 3D Depth Slide]
006F5280 00000000

[Enable 3D Depth Slide (Normal/Default)]
006F5280 3E800000

[Enable 3D Depth Slide (Strong)]
006F5280 3F000000
{Caution!}

[Enable 3D Depth Slide (Very Strong)]
006F5280 3F800000
{MY EYES!}

[Disable 3D Function]
006FAD7C 00000700

[Enable 3D Function(Default)]
006FAD7C 00000702

3D Slider Value;

006F5278 3F800000 // When 3D slider is at Max.

006F5278 00000000 // when your not using 3D Slider.

Keep in mind that, as @Hazerou already stated, this is not possible to do on all games, some games crash and some other have strange effects, like Dragon Quest VIII. I will list a couple of games that are not compatible with this cheats:
Terraria
SMT Strange Journey Redux
SMT Devil Survivor Overclocked
Corpse Party
Radiant Historia Perfect Chronology
Dragon Quest Monster Joker 3 / Dragon Quest Monster Joker 3 Professional
Detective Pikachu
Doodle Jump Adventures
Dragon Quest VIII
Marvel Disk Wars: Avengers - Ultimate Heroes
Hey! Pikmin
DQM2

Enabling the 3D effect is not just a matter of getting the 3d slider functional. After all, the game has to set up the proper framebuffer and camera settings to output in 3D. This requires extra memory and some games with disabled 3D may not have enough (so 3D would never happen). For the games that have enough memory, extensive asm hacking will probably be needed, a single cheat code won't be enough. (This depends on the game's graphics subsystem).

To be honest I'm really just interested in increased sharpness.
This effect can be seen in Snes9x port for 3DS.
It looks as if the screen has a squared pixel pattern on it, creating very distinct pixels.

I had posted a question about it last December.

NanashiFinal13 said "it adds a nice light effect to games".
Do these basic "enable 3D slider" codes create this effect in 3ds games?

EDIT: I was looking for a plugin to disable the 2nd image on 3D capable games; this would create the same sharpness effect by enabling parallax barrier but not 3D effect?

I know that we can't enable the 3D effect by just enabling the 3D slider (and even if theres a way with asm, i have zero knowledge of asm). In my case i just post the codes for anyone interested in try them. It adds a nice effect on games, i don't know how to describe it. Neverless, i think that its interesting to analize the 3D capability on 3DS games. I think that maybe there's a chance to restore 3D on games that partially use it, one example is The Alliance Alive. The 3D is there, but because affects performance, the developers just disable the effect, and its only used on some very specific areas. A few weeks ago, i posted a code to re enable the 3D effect. The game runs horrible, but its nice to see it on 3D.

PD: this is kind of offtopic, but i love your Onionfs plugin, and i want to know if you will update it to be compatible with the new luma plugin loader. Because there where some games that weren't compatible with ctrpf plugin, but work great with Onionfs, one example is Back in 1995 64.

I do not know if this will count as necrobump, but i found some interesting codes, its releated to @elk1007 question, about if was possible to disable the 2nd image on 3D capable games and getting that sharp effect by enabling parallax barrier but not 3D (depth) effect. (Like on Snesx9 emu on the 3DS, plus it makes the the screen a little more brighter). Its also related to @Hazerou codes to increase the depth effect on games.
I been doing a little research, trying to enable/disable 3D effect on some games (some games run pretty horrible with the 3D, like AOT Humanity on Chains) and found out a way to disable the 2nd image on some 3D capable games and still getting that sharp effect. (This do not improve the performance of the after mentioned title, AOT HC). At the same time, you can also modify the value of the code to increase the depth of the 3D, instead of disable the depth effect.
I will just post it here, if anyone is interested on trying them. (All of them were tested on a N3DS)

00613D40 42100000
D2000000 00000000

Use at your own risk. (The deeper 3D looks good for me, but maybe for others will hurt their sight, be careful)

PS: All of the codes have effect on game, Main menus and scenes may reproduce on normal 3D. (Even if you used the "No Depth" code)
This may vary depending on the game. (For example, if you use the "No Depth" code on SMTIVA, the main menu still will be on 3D, and also the game scenes. I will recommend to deactivate the code on the game scenes and use the "Normal 3D" to avoid any issue. But if you use the same "No Depth Code" on DQVII, all the game will be on "2D", including scenes and menus.)

I would love to see a virtual boy emulator in 3D showing games the way they were meant to be played, well, kind of...
I do not understand why they didn't remaster Virtual Boy Wario Land for the 3DS. It was the absolute perfect opportunity to take their greatest VB release and give it an actual audience.

I think that adding stereoscopic 3D to a game that doesn't have it, through the use of cheats and/or minimal amounts of code, might be possible for games that share an engine with a prior game that had 3D. There are probably a handful of these cases, but the only one I can think of from the top of my head is Layton's Mystery Journey. The older Professor Layton games all had 3D (very well-done, in fact) and Mystery Journey doesn't look any more graphically intensive than the others.

Of course, even if this case were possible, it would only apply to the backgrounds and the character close-ups. All of the "puzzle artwork" from previous games used a combination of multi-plane graphics and displacement mapping to produce an adjustable 3D effect, and it's extremely unlikely that Mystery Journey employs the same trick.

One would assume Pokemon Sun and Moon was built off of X and Y, so at the least you'd think you could maybe get 3D working in the battles again in Sun and Moon. Likewise I'd assume that the Mario & Luigi Bowser's Inside Story remake was built in the same engine as the Superstar Saga Remake and/or Dream Team. Finally, Fire Emblem Warriors on 3DS might have been made in the same engine as Hyrule Warriors on the 3DS which did offer 3D when played on a New 3DS, so maybe it could be added to Fire Emblem Warriors as well. All the same, I'm not holding my breath for any of it.

Well, that might be posible, I posted on the 60 fps code thread a cheat code to restore the 3D capability of the Alliance Alive. There's some games, like Pocket Card Jockey 3D (Or Alliance Alive) that partially use 3D, but for some reason, the 3D was scrapped from some parts or sections of the game. (probably, frame drops issues). In fact, some games that uses the 3D, have sections like menus, where the 3D is off, even when the slider is at max. The safest bet would be to try to restore the 3D in games that use it partially, but even if there is a way, it would be a difficult task.

P.S: Here's the Alliance Allive cheat, it has more sense to drop it here than on the fps thread.

    I got the Google Pixel Pro buds, they're good enough for when I need portable audio. And some really cheap IEMs that Dankpods recommends, I think the KZ ZSN Pro

  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
    I'd stick with cheapo Chinese $10 ones quality is actually becoming on pair with name brand since name Brand usually quads the price up anyway loose one bud that's another $200
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
    My Pixel Pro buds shit the bed a month or two ago. My wireless charger (which they do support Qi charging) absolutely COOKED them. Caused some problem that caused the case to heat up to 180F+
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
    They were like 9 months out of warranty but I hit up Google support anyway and told them how hot they were getting and they replaced them with new ones because they wanted these for failure analysis lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    lol wireless charging
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
    Yeah that's why I can't bring myself to even spend $100 on wireless earbuds
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    I think it's a cool idea but damn
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
    Apparently the case has a problem with >15W wireless chargers. Google design fault, that one.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
    I could live with wireless charging if the damn standard case doesn't block connection
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    how is wireless charging possible?

    Copper conducting electricity or something
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
    @Xdqwerty, power through a coil of wire causes an electromagnetic field to be generated. Another coil of wire can be set up to harness the power from that electromagnetic field and turn it into usable energy for charging a device
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
    Two good videos from ElectroBOOM that touch on the subject:

    Wow I can't believe I've been watching ElectroBOOM for that long. I remember when that first video came out lol
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    @Sicklyboy, i think wire chargers are more practical
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    but im too stupid to know
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
    Wired is better for faster charge but if you just leave it all night while you sleep it's good
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
    Most wireless pads can only max 15w while average bricks are 65w
