Hacking Question cant get to sysmmc after updating using choidejour

updated my switch to 11.0.0 from 6.2.0 using choidejour, chose prevent fuse burning, then rebooted.
hekate is loading and it all works fine but I cant load any of the firmwares i have (sysmmc, emummc(don't have an emummc), stock).
i just get a black screen and it doesnt look like its working really.
sd is formatted to fat32, I backed up my nand before installing the update and these are the latest versions of hekate and atmosphere.

Dont use Choidujour its very old for updating use Daybreak it comes with Atmosphere
if you disabled AutoRCM you burned your fuses did you updated the payloads for Atmosphere and Hekate too
make sure you delete Atmosphere and sept folders from your sd card then copy the new Atmosphere version

ChoiDujour only supports up to firmware 6.2. Also to solve your problem, do a clean installation of Atmosphere.

I did and it still wont launch the cfw. i can launch hekate tho.
when I try to use the fusee payload it says it failed to initialize the sd card and hekate says that im using the sd card in 1 bit mode no matter what card I use, so this might also be a problem but idk would like some help...

unrealted question: any idea if ill get banned if Ill update the switch to the newest version using the Nintendo servers if i haven't actually did anything with atmosphere or hekate other than updating without burning fuses?

If Hekate is saying that it is using 1-bit mode, then that means your SD card connector is most likely broken pointing to a hardware issue. And you risk getting banned if you have ever run CFW/homebrew. Just to note that Hekate does not count as CFW nor homebrew.
