Hacking On Atmosphere 0.16.1 and OS 11.0.1, cannot run hbmenu, tinfoil or anything at all

It always says "No applications could be found on the SD card" even though the card has content. Please help nothing works.

Card is formatted and I am on windows machine.

i suggest you can choose deepsea v1.9.1, based on ams 0.16.1 kernel, a kind of AIO package.
