ROM Hack Flooring, Wallpaper, and Rugs missing Animal Crossing NH NHSE

Odd thing, I'm using JKSV to edit my ACNH world, when Importing the save, the flooring, wallpaper, and rugs are empty in storage. When I save with the missing items I export the save and put it back into NHSE and the items are still in storage according to NHSE. They are just invisible? They are not injected items, they are actually ones I gained through normal gameplay. I just can't put any form of flooring, wallpaper, or rugs. Anyone experience this? Any suggestions? Thank you.

Why dont you give yourlself everything and buy them on the store or use codes to spawn them at the moment

Mostly time, but I actually figured out what it was. The value of storage expansion was setting itself to 0 rather than 1 since I paid to upgrade storage.

Yeah i suffered the same, once you upgrade your space the items appear
