I love the texture. This was before it was boiled. This gnocchi ended up with a light garlic and parmesan. It was awesome.

It's called "Feijoada", from Portugal. It's similar to beans casserole, but with white cabbage and kale, and assorted meats (usually beef, pork and sometimes chicken), all cooked beautifully on a stew made with the juices from the meats, onions and carrots. You can add portuguese chorizo and black pudding too.:teach:

It's delicious! :D
