Do you body build or exercise ?

On keto I discovered coconut butter hehe I can’t stop eating it. It is my only dessert on keto and sometimes I add turmeric powder and black pepper to it.

I see my foods like trophies sometimes I go the kitchen just to look at them

I hate being out of shape and the older I get the easier it becomes to let myself go. Metabolism change is a real thing contrary to my younger selfs belief :P

Now I'm trying to run at least twice a week and to do some muscle building exercises at home.

Isn't body build part of exercise too ? :)

I exercised and body build at the same. I am doing tumbling skill since I was teenager and still today in 40's. It was part of me and still today. Love it and I can't live without it. I hope to be able to do them when I am in 70's. I saw some on the video and they are into 70's. Amazing.

No need to exercise just do keto and fasting. I hate exercise because my breathing get very heavy and faint hehe.

That could work but exercise is very important part of our body because when you are getting older into 70's. You will not be able to walk very well and difficult get up and etc. I have seen rare people into 90's on the video. They can dance like they were 60 or 70 years old. They said they exercise. Many people into 90's don't walked and dance very well. They sit in the wheel chairs and sit on the potato coach all the time. NOT GOOD! I am not going to be one of them, man!

hehe That is why many people pray to die sooner before they get to that age hehe specially if they are alone or with bad kids. Which is wrong to pray for that.

Well. It is properly to say Tumbling *gymnastics* but sometimes called Power tumbling. Men gymnastics have 6 events but tumbling is all about floor only.
