Thank you for wanting to help others when have a problem.
Do you even understand how this even works? Ya get people who delete a 3ds folder and it would remove all their games and saves if they didnt back them up. And there are alot of people that dont backup their data. often or at all.

haha omg dude you are a god. You help make this community FANTASTIC. When I realized there was a 300 app limit I was heartbroken. I was going to inject a ton of Virtual Console ROMs so they'd all have their own app, so I was quickly going to run into >300 games. Thank you!

I created a second one and tried to go back to my first one, now i just have a white screen :/
A white screen shouldn't happen. All it does is list what's in the bank folder. It would make no sense for one of the 3DS folders to crash the app.

Thank you for the great tool. I'd like to suggest some changes to improve the end-user (child) experience.

- Option to rename the folders so they are more descriptive about their contents.
- Option to rearrange the folders either via drag-and-drop or using Select button (and Select again over the one to swap with).
- Option to delete a folder.
- Option to exit the app without having to select an existing folder or create a new one. This would allow for a quick exit when the app was opened by mistake without the need for a reboot. I recommend having to choose an empty slot for the new folder. Home button should do the default (suspend) behavior, while having Start button terminate the app, as it is the case in several homebrew apps.

I think the renaming thing is the most important/critical suggestion you made. I opened an issue for it here: https://github.com/RocketRobz/3DSBank/issues/1

Have you hit the 300 title limit on your 3DS, and/or want more than 300 titles, but don't want to make an EmuNAND (or 2nd one), or use another SD card?
The answer, is 3DSBank!
With this, you can store your "Nintendo 3DS" folder into a bank, and select or create another one to use, containing your other titles (and themes, and badges).

Download

This app runs in TWL/DSi mode to avoid potential issues when moving the "Nintendo 3DS" folder into the 3DSBank.

Before using this for the first time, it is suggested that you backup your "Nintendo 3DS" folder to your PC, in case something goes wrong.

NOTE: This app does not get around the 40 DSiWare title limit.

How does it work?

When starting 3DSBank, it renames the "Nintendo 3DS" folder, before showing a list of the 3DS folders, so that the list is complete.
Then, you can either select a different one, or exit the tool, so that the 3DS HOME Menu can create a new one.
The 3DS titles are stored in the "Nintendo 3DS" folder, and when you select a different one in 3DSBank, you'll access the titles stored in that folder.
So, once you hit the 300 title limit, you can pick a different "Nintendo 3DS" folder to access other titles.

Controls
  • LEFT: Move left/Previous folder
  • RIGHT: Move right/Next folder
  • A: Select folder
  • HOME/Power: Have console create new "Nintendo 3DS" folder
This software could have been so much simpler to make... I made a 1 KB GM9 script that does everything that this software does, but my script also implements a movable.sed and dbs folder swap option, so you can use the Nintendo 3DS folder from another 3DS. I made this because your software hardbricked my 3DS to the point of motherboard scorching. This software is horrible!

Start your own thread or post your work at the GodMode9 Scripts Megathread if you think your gm9 script is a better alternative than 3DSBank. Unless you're here to report a bug, have a feature request, or would like to suggest ideas for improvement, it is poor etiquette to comment on someone's own thread with undertones implying your project is better than theirs.

If you truly believe this script of yours is as great as you say it is, share it to the public and have them decide for themselves.

You install it the same way ya did on 3ds.hacks.guide if you need to.
actually messed around for a while and realized i could inject homebrew into help and safety and then run FBI through there :3 thanks tho

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Either that, or just inject HBL into a 3DS title via Rosalina, then run the FBI.3dsx file.
actually when i open FBI through the homebrew launcher my console on a second folder, my console just completely freezes and i am forced to power it down through rosalina... is there any way possible to like not have this happen?
