TBH, zero interest at all, the Wii can't do that and maintain playable speeds. I'd rather have Snes9x speed hacks for Star Fox to get 100% sustained speed gameplay without overclocking.

Was worth an ask. Thank you for clarifying that. Maybe someday we will get to a point where the independent emulators will be brought 100% to WiiU. If that happened, would there be any beneficial speed increases?

This one looks helpful.

I can confirm this is working. There is only 1 minor drawback. I created a folder inside of my moms folder titled Super Mario Kart so it would have all the files in it. Only issue is that the emulator will look in the rooms folder and list all roms, however it does not list roms if they are within a folder inside roms folder. Either way this was pretty cool as a test.

The Wii U hardware also is not sufficient to get HD Mode working. You need a descent pc to run that. At this point in time it's really cpu intensive.

Supports this snes control adapter ?

@niuus, Any interest in adding support for the wiiU gamepad on the FCEUltra emulator? Adding to the question, by adding it, would the ability to use a wiimote for a second player be functional if this happened?

Some way that the snes Killer Instinct MSU-1 Game can be run at 60 FPS because in Retroarch Wii with the Core Snes9x with Msu-1 support it runs very slow but it is playable ... the game that I refer to is on Youtube is a Mod of the Killer instinct of Snes with music and textures Arcade very nice Mod ... the video of the game on Youtube is called:

Killer Instinct MSU-1 Hack (UPDATED) More Features!

Snes9x RX Wii performed the Killer Instinct Msu-1 game MODIFIED GAME WITH SNES WITH ANIMATIONS OF THE ARCADE MACHINE ON Wii runs at approximately 45 0 55 fps it is playable STUTTERS BUT IT IS NOT GOING AT NORMAL SPEED.

Will Speed hacks be required on the retroarch Wii for Wii snes9x RX MSU-1 to run this game 100% 60 FPS?

I can provide the Snes9x RX and snes game Killer Instinct MSU-1 and the version I use of retroarch Wii to run that game.

The Game I'm talking about for Snes9x RX MSU-1 is this from the video of the following link:

I already know of that mod since Oct. 2019.

No, that hack will not run 100% on a Wii, SNES Classic nor PS Classic at this point, the hack demands way too much power and it is because it needs some optimizations to the code, which you need to ask to the hacker. The previous to last version ran worse, last one got much better.

It does not even run on a real SNES. The only platform i have been able to run it at 60fps is a modern PC.

Hi, I'm new here and got a Wii recently.

I can't get my Xbox360 controller to work on my Wii. In USB0 (first from bottom) is connected a HDD with USBLoader GX and other apps, in port USB1 I connected my wired, original, white Xbox 360 controller. Snes9x RX recognizes my controller, the player1 led turns on but nothing happens. The app loads only if the controller is disconnected.

I read somewhere that the controller works better in port 0, but I also know that HDD works better there. I have no SD card (I have one sdhc but it works when it wants).
