Try re-installing TWLMenu++.

Download GBARunner2_arm7dldi_3ds.nds from here
https://github.com/Gericom/GBARunner2/releases/tag/v20200421-172046_088cbc5_dsp-audio
and put that in _nds on your SD card that you put into your 3DS.
I take it you're NOT using a flashcart that looks like a normal DS gamecart?
Make sure you have nds-bootstrap-hb-release.nds in the _nds folder as well.

Okay what about the rest I wrote did you check that?

Also it's not about the date but the fact that you have the file with "3ds" in the end in that folder.

Solved was stupid of mine, forget to update the boot.nds found in Twlight Menu in DSi&3DS SDCard user

May I ask please which type of SD Card (Regular or microSD) did you use please ?
How is the Size of it and how is it formatted please ?

Are you getting the nds-bootstrap not found error?
If so, then if you're using TWiLight Menu++, try reinstalling.

I don't think that's planned.
