Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

So i have the same error here. I am using a NDS XL with the TWiLight Menu++ to start Mario Kart, and my brother is using the DS Download Play, and when he enter the game, it freezes

Download Play itself works fine. It's cloneboot that makes DLP not work, if the game uses it.

Button remapping is supposedly coming soon to TWPatch, by Sono.

Hi, noob question. So my flashcart (R4i Gold 3DS Plus, that one everyone recommends) arrived and I put the SD card I put Unlauncher etc. on into the flashcart instead of the SD drive.

Then I tried to turn the console on, but it wouldn't turn on (except for launching Unlaunch which showed no files, once).

Is this a missing kernel kind of deal or do I need a second SD card? Or both?

Edit: Installed kernel and now can boot games.

Edit 2: Noob question v2: Can I transfer saves from Twilight Menu++ to the flashcart? If so, how? Currently at least one game (Animal Crossing) on my cart doesn't recognize the old save file which is on the same SD card.

Well you need a SD card in your DSi with the right files. so your DSi works properly. such as the Unlaunch file. this shouldn't be on the flashcart sd card.

then you need a extra micosd for your flashcart. so you can play what ever you want.

Thank you! As it turns out Unlaunch still works when my SD card is in but it cannot access the contents of my flashcart, I can still use the flashcart itself as normal. (edit 2: by picking Launcher in Unlaunch and then using the flashcart from there)

edit: Also figured out the savefile thing. Just needed to turn it into .nds.sav.

for your save file. you should copy it over from /roms/nds/save folder in your sd card in your DSi to your microsd card in your flashcart.

and you should name it the same name as the .nds file but with .sav

Twilight Menu is awesome! thanks @Robz8 for your help & support. had it installed on my DSi XL and it works like a charm, the only thing I miss is Neods, haven´t found the correct setup for SD card, no flashcard. Guess I should get one, cause my dstwo gives white screens when i try to boot it from ds settings menu, the icon shows but it just wont boot

Is "Use nds-bootstrap" turned On or Off?

The game may not be compatible with B4DS on your flashcard.
Try a different flashcard, like the R4i Gold RTS.
