When you say there shorted which components do you mean theirs a lot in the image you've posted highlighted in yellow

all the component's around the chip I marked in yellow

all of theme are losing loop with ground both sides

Thanks mixelpixx, Do you have any idea where to source these? Or is it just a case of get them from a donor board?

I'd remove the cap and test it before you try and find a replacement same with the diode

Some of the components you've highlighted are inductors they will have continuity across them and some of the caps are low resistance to ground so your meter may beep, but it doesn't mean there shorted.
What resistance to ground are you getting on the caps you think may be faulty.

Can someone identify this resistor? On one of its edges a little bit broke off, and i think that's why my switch keeps disconnecting from my wlan.

That’s an inductor
haha..:D well, as you can see i have 0 knowledge about that kinda stuff. but i would be able to solder a new one on there if I knew what to order.
do you think that a broken edge on an inductor could result in any weird behavior?

In this video I replace a socket that I take on an HS motherboard. I'm looking to buy this original socket.
Thanks

Can anyone help to identify those in Red & Yellow boxes? Are those Caps or Inductor? \

The ones in red box are shorted on both sides
The ones in yellow box does not have any continuity reading on either side, meaning there is no link to GND
