I got pretty much new V2 with new board HAD-CPU-01 that doesn't charge with original Nintendo charger
(i tried 3 chargers same behavior).

When i plug charger tester shows 5v 0amps, on one side it constantly blinking.
I checked incoming voltage(before fuse) with original charger it's fluctuate between 1v and 4v.

Works with 5v power source, also in fast charge mode 5v 1.8apms, no matter what cable side i use.

Didn't work in docking mode, LED on dock blinking and console still stay active doesn't even turn off the screen.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Board looks like new i inspected it under the microscope:
found DC to DC on top of M92T36 was a bit chipped.

Replaced DC to DC + stuff around and M92T36

No effect. Console behaves exactly the same.

So question is, who is responsible for passing 15v on the board?

Are you not getting 15 volts on pin 1 of BQ24193 with the charger plugged in?

With 15v charger on one side i have 5v and other fluctuating between 1v and 4v.
5v charger on both sides shows 5v on coming test pin and consoles charges.

My guess is when 15v circuit is open something leaking on the ground, because voltage with 15v aren't completly flat it's fluctuating.

What voltage do you get on cc1 and cc2 of M92T36 with the charger plugged in, try it both ways.

I know it doesn't make sense... i was checking voltages and got 15v on test pins and cc1/2
It quiet surprised me because after fuse replacement it behaved same way, i retested few times and 15v there....
I assembled console and it's changing now...
From point where i was, we just replaced a fuse...
It's even docking now.

I have one guess that fuse was not able to pull needed current... or someone around got needed re-flow...
