i setup the ntr card and cant boot as it still give me the "an error has occurred"
Do you have prior experience hacking a 3DS with the ntrboot method?

Which exact model flashcart are you using? Can you provide it's manufacturer website, or link to product page?

Are you using a strong enough magnet to trigger sleep mode?

Did you put SafeB9SInstaller renamed as boot.firm on the SD card inserted in the 3DS?

yes

dunno what files should be where..
The SD card inserted in the 3DS needs to be in [FAT32 format + 32 KB cluster size + MBR disk + Primary partition].
See reformatting instructions using MiniTool Partition Wizard (free edition).

As stated in the ntrboot guide's later steps, Installing boot9strap (ntrboot),
  • SafeB9SInstaller.firm has to be renamed as boot.firm. This file is put in the card root.
  • boot9strap folder containing boot9strap.firm and boot9strap.firm.sha.
  • boot.3dsx, also in the card root.

Sighaxed FIRM - file not found

This message means SafeB9SInstaller can't find the files,
  • boot9strap.firm
  • boot9strap.firm.sha
, in the boot9strap folder.

From the boot9strap release page, you need to add the set from the boot9strap-1.3.zip.

Once you're able to flash this on the 3DS after inputting the button combo, you can switch over using the typical setup where Luma3DS v9.1 gets placed as boot.firm.
Here's a CFW starter kit if you're not sure how to set this up. Refer back to posts #3 and #4 for firmware repair.

Once you have HOME Menu up and running, complete this with Finalizing Setup.

Sorry for being spoon fed. But how to get into God[Mode9]?
I'd figure this is your first rodeo with 3DS custom firmware. Sleeping with the Almighty... This is something I can't and won't provide online support.

If you're using the CFW starter kit, turn on the 3DS and hold the (START) to access Luma3DS chainloader. You should have the option to boot GodMode9.

If it doesn't work where it boots blank, there's a known bug where GodMode9 v1.8.0 might not work with Luma3DS v9.1.
  • sdmc:/luma/payloads/GodMode9.firm
Replace that file with GodMode9 v1.7.1 if that happens.

nandmin.bin or nand_minsize.bin is perfectly valid. It's the trimmed down version of nand.bin, containing everything except for the removal zero padding.
  • Press (A) on nandmin.bin Restore SysNAND (safe) → etc.
