Hardware Help with 128 gb sd card

when i go to windows explorer and try to open up the drive it says

Looks to me like its detecting the SD card reader but not the card. Looks to be like a faulty card reader or corrupted card. Its also possible it's the USB port, try another and see if it helps.

Unplug it and plug it back into the computer, get a SD to usb reader in the worse case.

its not the usb port im sure and for some reason when i put in another type of sd card adapter it doesnt even detect it

i got it off amazon its a red sandisk card made for nintendo switch and it has a super mushroom on it

Check your usb is working fine first if you are using a sd to usb adapter.

im pretty sure its a problem with the adapter

Might just be the micro to regular SD adapter, the usb to sd adapter seem fine, the computer pick that up.
