Hardware Help with 128 gb sd card

when i go to windows explorer and try to open up the drive it says

Looks to me like its detecting the SD card reader but not the card. Looks to be like a faulty card reader or corrupted card. Its also possible it's the USB port, try another and see if it helps.

its not the usb port im sure and for some reason when i put in another type of sd card adapter it doesnt even detect it

Which brand is your card please ? Where did you get it ? Can you maybe upload a photo of it ?

i got it off amazon its a red sandisk card made for nintendo switch and it has a super mushroom on it
 
Might just be the micro to regular SD adapter, the usb to sd adapter seem fine, the computer pick that up.
