Question:

When you install NSP files you need the same space that the nsp file? I mean, if I get a nsp file of 8gb, do I need another 8gb to install it on my microsd? Because I'm having troubles with the free space. Maybe I need to delete the nsp file after I install it? Someone can explain me a bit?

you can leave the file on your computer and install it over USB which means you only need the single amount of space

can someone link a guide to restoring the backup I've made? I want to go online to play on the NES app and hopefully not get banned in the process.

So I backed up my switch when I was 5.1 and 6.2 and now I’m updated to the latest firmware. I want to backup my switch again but I really don’t want to do a full backup if what I believe I read is true and all I have to really backup is the the boot 0/1. Now if this is the case, will it matter if I do the backup while I’m on autorcm or do I have to take off autorcm before the backup. The other times I backed up my switch I wasn’t using autorcm.
Where did you read that creating a backup of boot files is enough? Always back up Rawnand and boot files.

Don’t remember exact thread I read it in. I’ll try to search for the thread and post it here if I locate it but I still want to know if I should turn off autorcm before I do another back up.

Dont turn it off since if you accidentally boot in SysNAND without custom payload, your switch will burn fuses.

I'm going to restore my clean (insofar as I know) NAND backup

does it matter if my nand backup on 7.0.1 does NOT have the exFAT update, but my current system on CFW (also 7.0.1) does have the exFAT update?

like will that look suspicious, or something? Should I take my current CFW'd system and "downgrade" it to 7.0.1 without the exFAT update?

There shouldn't be an issue.

It’s not hack, or jail broken. It’s a regular switch. Can I get it back to working.

It's a kernel error.

Highly unlikely unless you can mod the console, and manually restore the firmware

Is it safe to restore a NAND Backup on lower firmware version even if the current firmware is the latest with burnt fuses?

CFW: SX OS 2.6.1
Current firmware (sysnand): 7.0.1
EmuNAND: deleted
NAND Backup: 4.1.0

I do I mod in the state it’s in. And also I can tell if it’s the first blue or the third one. And also is their a tread for this problem.
It's hard to say without background on what you did, but it would be a matter of getting your console biskeys, making a current nand backup then manual upgrade/downgrade

I'd like to play Warframe on switch. Do you think I can do it with a cfw? DO I need a Nintendo Online Subscription or a Nintendo User?
Or can I simply download the game and play?

Thanks in advance!

You would want to setup SX OS emunand for your CFW stuff, and play warframe on sysnand.
