Yes. It is a Murata DLP series.
DLP11S 90 ohm choke.

Yes sir! Its a SoC

However power & voltage levels for USB is controlled by M92T36.
PI3USB multiplexes the signals (ie switches the lines to do different things etc)

can you test a few things for me
Most test are on the usb 2 lines d+ and d- where you connect you modchip lines

1 Do you get continuity between the 2 lines on the top side of the choke just above the usb port

2 Do you get continuity from either d+ or d- to the 3v3 line

lastly do these lines just come straight from the usb port then to the 2 test points just below the audio ic then goto the system on chip?
