Hacking Nintendo Switch Banning Hub & Warning

Meant to report on this earlier but got sidetracked by questions.

Many of you may have noticed or seen this scattered throughout the forum, but it seems that people are receiving game-specific bans meaning they are being banned from playing a single game online. Full details have been added to the OP under "Different Types of Switch Bans". To keep it short, a temporary ban applied to Splatoon players for repeatedly crouching is now being used on hackers, notably Splatoon and Smash, for simply touching their save files (not necessarily editing them) as a permanent ban.

I'm not sure actually. Some users got a certificate ban and were upgraded while others weren't. There were also people who got both simultaneously.

I don’t have game cert ban, but got in game ban that is same like from Splatoon for tampering with save. I heard that many got banned from Splatoon didn’t end up to get console ban.

Has anyone been banned while using EmuNAND + Stealth Mode + 90DNS? Or by using Atmosphere and 90DNS, and then restoring their NAND?

I'd say less than 1%. To put it in other words, I would be surprised if you were banned.

By doing that you'll be not ban by Nintendo. But you're banned by yourself.

yeah, my banned accounts on my old switch seem to have the profile pictures of yoshi eggs on a green background, they haven't been online since the ban became an entire system ban, no updates or anything, and they look normal on that switch. I'm friends with one of the accounts on my new switch and it was an egg, and my other account was friends with my friend and he saw it as an egg aswell even though it previously had an entirely custom picture by using dev menu and I haven't even had access to it since I removed it in a rush to try and avoid the ban (obviously I failed lol). I don't remember exactly when I got banned but I do remember it became a whole system ban some time in august 2018.

So i was wondering, if its possible to get emunand
Would it be possible to have wifi deactivated on emunand and activated on sysnand by default?
Also, would it be possible to install pirated games on emunand and make them not showing up in sysnand?

I know it might sounds noob, but its a real question
Im still considering hacking my switch, but im too scared of getting banned

Looking at how nintendo can block cfw every update it looks like that even nintendo also follows and are up to date with the hacking scene and probably already knew about emunand a while back. If you 100% don't want to get banned then never hack your switch.

i've been playing for few months now on SYSNAND with original cartridge online and nps on emunand OFFLINE. Everything fine so far!

I just updated to 7.0 and still not banned, even can access to eShop and game updates. I just like Piranha Plant DLC.

Yes, I know about can't access to CFW, so it isn't permanent and it will take 1-2 weeks. I have no reason to use CFW until after April.

My advice - don't run SSBU and Splatoon 2 with tampered saves online, but not tested with 2nd profile offline, otherwise, you will get in-game ban.

Well, not really. I've done the Atmosphere with airplane mode on before and reloaded my NAND and was not banned from that. Now I'm using EmuNAND and was wondering if anyone has been banned from 90DNS. I still boot into SysNAND for Smash & Monster Hunter online.

No emunand offline bans so far (not sure about having emunand then going online)
