@m4xw This is great! And it works well in a lot of games.
Only issues I have atm is Framebuffer emulation is still slow, And there is a slowdown everytime you do something for the first time.
Are there any plans on looking at these issues? This is a Beta so I understand that there is a lot still to be done.

But these specific issues, Do you think it's possible to get them sorted out?
Turn down the resolution. 480p 4:3 or 560p 16:19

Not yet.
it doesn't run with the dynarec on other platforms too, so this will probably get fixed when we work on the optimized dynarec, after getting the horizon implementation down.
huh? It runs marvelously on an iPhone XS using Provenance. If that isn't using a dynarec, then it's not needed.

Can this be setup without retro arch? if so how do you set your sd card thanks I would like to try this
It's a libretro core so no, it needs Retroarch itself. People trying to run the nro by itself are going to have a bad time.

does this slove the camera issue in donkey kong 64? because i can't seem to get it fixed by changing some options. But overal nice work.

There is a workaround for this:
  1. Start ROM
  2. Turn FBEmu On
  3. Set RDRAM Depth stuff: Software (fromMem does not work)
  4. Close ROM & start ROM again
  5. Get ingame
  6. Do a Savestate
  7. Turn FBEmuoff, RDRAM stuff back or whatever
  8. Close ROM & start ROM again
  9. Load Savestate
  10. Stays fixed whenever u load that Savestate

An iPhone XS is also much faster than Switch hardware.

No Geekbench for the Switch but here’s how the Shield fares (which will be a bit better than Switch actually since it’s CPU is clocked at ~2GHz vs 1.02GHz on Switch by default, but it’s the closest comparison we have on Geekbench):

And then the iPhone:

I'm excited.

Conker's has been a biatch for so long now it's par for the course, but.....when it's ready I'm doing a full replay.

This is really awesome to see! Here is what I saw when I played:

Mario 64 ran really well.
Mario Kart 64 ran really well.
Wave Race ran really well.
WWF No Mercy crashed.
Crusin USA ran okay until the second level. Then it had a lot of slowdown.

Exciting developments! I look forward to revisiting some of these. Until then, I'll be playing through Mario 64 again for sure.

Man can't wait to try this out.
With this and once m4xw finishes the Mupen64 core update bounty, I bet we will have Conkey and even games like Rogue Squadron and Resident Evil 2 working nicely :D
